Cory has much success under his belt, he’s a 10-year member of the President’s Cabinet (PCAB), is consecutively featured in Scotsman Guide Magazine for being in the top 15 nationally ranked Wholesale Account Executives and featured in the National Mortgage Professional Magazine for the Account Executive MVP Award as well as being named as part of the 40 under 40 Most Influential list.

In his new role, Cory will be responsible for managing the sales and operation teams for all the Southeast Region. He will be using his expertise to aid in the continuous expansion of PMC while developing new markets within his region while providing support, training, and guidance to incoming PMC branches within this territory.

Cory thrives off mentoring and seeing others succeed. He notes that it’s important to him to put everyone on their own career paths and help them achieve their individual work goals. “When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.” These are the words he lives by to inspire not only himself but also his team. He looks forward to creating a larger presence and growing the Southeast region to new heights.

Ryan is no stranger to success at PMC. Since 2017 he’s been named in the Top 5 for production and a four-year member of President’s Cabinet (PCAB). He made 2020 his year and even qualified for PCAB for both TPO and Retail.

While he is still in charge of the Operations and Sales teams for the Northeast region, Ryan’s new role will have a larger focus on the development and expansion of PMC’s Northeast Region as a whole.

With a high acclaimed background in business to business sales, Ryan has built a strong reputation for growing market share, expanding company presence, and boosting sales as well as refining operations. “Our plan moving forward will be further refining our operational workflow to meet the needs of our local market,” says Ryan Goldsmith. ANAS ATFI, PMC BRANCH MANAGER

The newest location will be managed by, Branch Manager, Anas Atfi, who has 6 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He previously worked for Loan Depot, New American Funding and Wells Fargo prior to PMC.

Anas is relatively new to the United States by way of Morocco and France. Impressively, he speaks seven languages and assists homebuyers in four – French, Arabic, Spanish, and English.

During his six years in the mortgage industry, he’s helped hundreds of families achieve the American dream of homeownership. “I consider myself to be living the American dream, and I want to help other people achieve that dream too,” says Anas Atfi.

He’s a creative when it comes to structuring loans, from down payment assistance to Jumbo loans. Anas strives to always provide world-class service.

Submissions were open to all organizations within the U.S. mortgage industry, from large national brokerages to local retail agencies. While 40 companies overall made submissions, only 26 made the cut. PMC scored 88%, ranking them No. 16 overall and in the 501+ employee category, 6th out of 10 companies.

To be eligible for the list, companies entered a two-part survey process to determine placement. The first part evaluated each company’s workplace benefits and culture and the second part consisted of an employee survey, which was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the U.S. mortgage industry. The combined scores determined the top companies and final ranking.

PMC has instilled a Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop mentality in their employees that has led them to surpassing their goals.
